no but i’m a boxer, and i’ve learned to keep your defence up, if you train that way you’ll be able do use defence automatic without thinking of keeping your hands up,

What Thai fighters have entererd K_1 recently?? NONE. Buakaw smoked everyone in his 2004 and 2006. It was so bad that they had to change the rules. Yod has fought in K-1 once and won his fight but was never asked to come back. Tanigawa, the man that has been running K-1 has publicly stated that there will never be 2 Thais fighting in K-1 at the same time. You don’t know what you are talking about.
to train with a mix of the best of the best with different styles, learn from eachother, makes for better a fighter. some Thai fighters try and enter K-1 with little knowledge of anything but thai style of fighting and they get killed real fast!…

thats wat i heard from SarahSunWalker. told me went there to train, racism happened. told me if i was ever gna go 2 thailand, he says join por amuk (something like that) gym. but there r better gyms, but they done advertise it

they also have bokator in cambodia too, a similar style to muay thai i think, martial artsey. it looks interesting.
and hey, while you’re doing muay thai at cambodia you can meditate at the temples too.
then agian, if i had money, i’d probably travel south asia, instead of jut one country.
