Golf Training
Varsity House – Two Joes from Jersey Go to Westside Barbell This could possibly be the greatest training experience in my life. My good friend Joe Rossi (Yess Training) and I had the unique opportunity to visit and train at Westside Barbell this May. We also attended the Elite FTS seminar with Dave Tate. The Experience was truly profound for both of us. The passion, hard work and comradely nature that was displayed was unmatched…and the training environment…NUTS!! If this doesn’t fire you up then take up golf!!!!

@teufelhunden5811 ive seen them in person squat 495 on a safety squat bar with only a belt for WELL over 20
the 20 rep set what a bitch,i actually got close to 300 for 20,randall strossen;s book is pretty good.these guys at westside are on so much dope and the equipment you can;t get a decent idea what they could really do.
Wander how many of these strong guy`s could actually squat just 315 for 20 ass to calve reps.
I bet not many of them could even though they squat several hundred pounds in a meet with all the gear.
Fuck Warner Music and FUCK Google for ruining Youtube
works your stabilizing muscles more
I love Louie man. I owe all my success to him.
hah lol i guess when ur squatting that much weight you cant control yourself.
good video but i think the metallica cover sux…use the original song
hey, can someone explain bench pressing with kettlebells strapped on instead of normal weight?
this is heaven on earth i swear damm i wish i were there it looks better than sex. i would quit my job to be there. good show thanks for this inspirational video .
Awesome! Looks like a crazy place to train. I think you must get stronger just by being in that atmosphere! What is the name of the last song?
I was going to counter but it would be pointless… Shouldn’t you be looking in a mirror instead of at YouTube?
Got it. I dig power lifting, but I am more into body building. Power lifting is more for the naturaly heavy set people who cannot cut for body buliding competition. Most of these guys if you saw them on the street you would just think they are some ex-high school bullies. I have run into power lifters a lot over the years at several gyms. They are either complete jerks (bullies) or they are pretty cool. Like I said power lifting is neet stuff
It is a private gym, and all of those there were invited. Most were top level competing powerlifters and strength coaches.
Man I love the big lifts, but I thought it was by invite only and it was a private place? Looks like some regular fitness center. I guess when something gets popular theres no more privacy? I now these guys are the shit in the powerlifting world period, but what a crowded mess.
i’m wondering if that was a blood stain or a shit stain on the floor by the box?
great stuff guys, we need a lot more of this!
thank’s for the guided tour !
Nice to see the pictures of Amy. Thank you.
that must have been insane to be there.
