TW PGA 10 is better vella, putting is messed up at 09′ never played a title out of that series with worse putting system
first of all – if u would see me u wouldnt ever think a person like me likes this game BUT this game series is classic and pure fun.
I actually HATE golf but virtual-golf is just nice.
+ Wii remote controll was made for games like this BUT i have to admit that putting is a lil fucked up on 09 but still a great game!

Actually, I thought the putting on Wii Sports Golf was awful, especially for short putts. Wii Sports Resort fixed all the controls. Now all that is left is creative goals and a Match Game mode!
Putting I do admit was very hard 2 start, but in time u’ll get it. Now putting is so easy 4 me, best round so far was a 56
(-16) on Saint Andrews. I love the challenge though it makes the game harder, now I rarely use the putt cam, and I read the greens w/o the line, I can’t wait 2 get the new 1!

Not in TW10 Wii. It’s pretty damn close to perfect now, to the point where you don’t even need the meters.
Putting destroyed TW09 for me to the point where I had to sell it. For the most part the driving and approach game worked out ok, but having to crank it for a 5 in. putt was ridiculous. TW10 with MP practically fixed everything, so if you’re on the fence about it I’d say get it. It’s everything TW09 didn’t get the chance to be.

Totally agree with the putting. It blows. I’m good at the game right up until I have to try and put it. Sometimes you whip the controller and the ball rolls like a foot. Hope they fixed in in TWoods10. It definitely needs some tweaking.
