Certified PGA Professional and Director of Instruction Jason Manke talks about the kinematic sequence. Using a drill called “Step, Change of Direction”, Manke discusses how it’s important to use the body in a specific order to produce a powerful move, without added effort. The order must be lower body (hips), chest (thorasic spine), arms and then the golf club.
