Golf Training
www.clubfacegolf.com Dave Wesley and Steve Egbert of Clubface Golf demonstrate another important drill in training our large muscles to respond through the hitting area. Assume a good set up position and posture holding a medicine ball in front of you. Rotate upper body, arms and medicine ball back to a position just outside your right foot. You want to throw the ball low, to a point on the ground about 5 feet in front of you. Throwing it low teaches us to stay in our posture and maintain our spine angled through the shot. If we release the ball later and throw it high, we are training ourselves to come up and out of the shot. Get more golf drills on our website. http

This clip clearly helps me understand why a successful swing employs a turning of the hips and not just swing my arms only.
