I am Scottish descent (living in the US) and also a Whippet owner. Your vid reminds me of how much I miss Scotland’s hills and moors. I would love for my Whippies to run free like that!

Hi Beth. Have been here in Slovenia for 6 months. Going back to Scotland in June for a couple of weeks. Intend living in Slovenia for most of the year. The Alpine climate is just one of the reasons why.
Thanks for the reply , scotland is great my brother married a girl from there and is living up there now. We cant wait to get our new Puppy. do you live in scotland and holiday in slovenia?

The dogs were running on Galashiels Golf Course which is in the Scottish Borders. We now live in Slovenia, see Whippets in the Snow. Yes, it’s best to have two dogs. Every day, Jack and Rhuan love playing chasy but where we are in Slovenia, they have lovely sloping Alpine Meadows to sprint up and down.
Just wanted to know where it is that you let your dogs run it looks beautifull.
It doesnt take away from your lovely looking dogs though.
we have a whippet Jake and are getting a bitch in march.
Im sure they will love running together!!
GREAT choice in music … and loved the video, with comments and all. My 8 month old whippet, Kashmir, would love to run in a field like yours. Sadly, we don’t have that type of yard. Again, great choice in music – Led Zeppelin!!

what a beautiful pair – i grew up with a pair of whippets male and female – and i love watching this… it reminds me of when we would take them to the park and run them. they would leave all the other dogs in the dust. thank you for this – very enjoyable.

how good and what dog owner would bother if one of them nicked a ball. took rayno up there many a time and he loved it as well.
