Golf Training
visit www.agamegolfinstruction.com for hundreds of golf instruction videos. In this "A" game golf instruction video, you'll learn how to develop greater power in your swing by using a simple one arm drill, training your left side to pull and rotate properly and strengthening your hands and forearms at the same time. People who slice the golf ball often don't have good club head release with proper forearm rotation and wrist hinging. These drills show you how to generate good release and build the muscles that are necessary. Performing these one arm golf drills will build strength and increase distance. Putting it together and hitting golf balls with one arm is challengin and difficult and is a good measure of how much strength you have as well as proper rotation. Once you are able to make each arm perform well individually, it will make it easier for them to work together for maximum efficiency and performance.

Nice try. Keep it up check out esteembpo + com for social media marketing. bvbvnm
thanks a lot!
Once a week would help your game a great deal. More often would be better. As far as reps, they key is maintaining control. Don’t get sloppy. Once you start to lose form and control, you’re tired enough to be done.
Great Tip! How often should you practice this? How many reps?
The neighbor’s might think I’m retarted if they see me doing this, but I know it’s a good training exercise.
Thanks!
Me parece un excelente video para lograr más distancia y exactitud. Tengo media hora de estar buscando y solamente este video me ha servido. Gracias.
Good vid. My college golf coach encouraged us to do these exercises to improve strength and tempo.
Ignore this brainchild that can’t even spell a 2 letter word “is” and wouldn’t know what a golf club looked like if he stepped on it.
this iz stupid
very valuable infomation that you would pay for – great
It’s looks like David Feherty’s interpretation of the Irish jig… lol
The heavy swing trainer clubs are also great to help you learn to swing on plane.
No it’s not necessary. The point I’m trying to make is that you feel what it feels like to twist/turn the lower body. Too many people try to generate more club head speed by moving their body (lateralizing) toward the target. While a “slight” lateral movement is necessary on the downswing, turning the lower body is critical to allow everything else to fall into place before impact with the golf ball.
That’s great balance but is it really necessary to practice on one leg?
