		<description>You can pull if you are swinging with the body then left side dominant ,is the way to go.
You can keep the straight left wrist if you thrust or push w the right arm.Some people feel they get more power this way and consistency.The right hip can also push the the left hip out of the way,you will retain the proper structure.This has all been proven by Homer Kelly.Personally I don&#039;t like to break the body into pieces right and left.Everything should move together as are bodies are made to funtion.</description>
